I understand that I will be contacted by a representative of The Better Bakery during business hours after submission of this form and that my order will not be confirmed until payment has been made. I understand that The Better Bakery responds to all orders in a timely manner within business hours, and that if I submit this form outside of business hours, I do not expect to be contacted by a representative of The Better Bakery until their business hours have resumed, and I understand that this also extends to any closures, delays and/or variations to the normal business hours. I also understand that The Better Bakery is not a nut-free facility as their items contain nuts and coconut. I understand that The Better Bakery and all of its representatives and partners are not responsible for the condition of any of their products after the delivery/pickup of the item(s) has occurred. I further understand that The Better Bakery is an active residential bakery in the state of Tennessee, and I agree to hold harmless The Better Bakery and all of its representatives in the unlikely event of any adverse occurrences. I understand that, except in extenuating circumstances or by written confirmation by The Better Bakery of approval for a change in the pickup time, my failure to pick up my order within 30 minutes of my scheduled pickup time may result in my order being cancelled without refund. I also understand that, except in extreme cases at the discretion of The Better Bakery, my payment will be non-refundable beginning at one week prior to pickup, and that I may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent prior to this.
