I understand that I will be contacted by a representative of The Better Bakery during business hours after submission of this form and that my order will not be confirmed until payment has been made. I understand that The Better Bakery responds to all orders in a timely manner within business hours, and that if I submit this form outside of business hours, I do not expect to be contacted by a representative of The Better Bakery until their business hours have resumed, and I understand that this also extends to any closures, delays and/or variations to the normal business hours. I agree that, should I fail to make my order payment a minimum of two weeks prior to the tasting date, my order may be cancelled or I may need to pay an additional rushed order fee for my order. I understand that if I plan to have any additional persons present other than the wed couple, I will inform a representative of The Better Bakery, and I will pay an additional fee of $15 per extra person present. This fee does not apply to children of the couple. I understand that this fee does not accommodate additional tasting samples, and that additional samples must be explicitly requested and paid for by my person. I also understand that The Better Bakery is not a nut-free facility as their items contain nuts and coconut. I understand that The Better Bakery and all of its representatives and partners are not responsible for the condition of any of their products after the delivery/pickup of the item(s) has occurred. I further understand that The Better Bakery is an active residential bakery in the state of Tennessee, and I agree to hold harmless The Better Bakery and all of its representatives in the unlikely event of any adverse occurrences. I understand that, except in extenuating circumstances or by written confirmation (via text or email) by The Better Bakery of approval for a change in the tasting time, my failure to arrive for my tasting within 10 minutes after my scheduled tasting time may result in my tasting being cancelled without refund. I understand that my tasting timeslot is 20 minutes, and that my late arrival will not constitute an extension of my scheduled tasting time. I also understand that, except in extreme cases at the discretion of The Better Bakery, my payment will be non-refundable beginning at one week prior to pickup, and that I may receive a partial refund of up to 50% prior to this. I also understand that there is a 20% rescheduling fee for any rescheduled tasting, whether it be a date change or a time change, and that this change may only be made with approval by The Better Bakery.
